A) No --- You may compete in FCI (under non-titling programme).

B) Yes

• Locally Bred Dog without pedigree but applied SKC Pure Breed Cert, may compete in FCI (titling programme) & SKC trials for EO qualifier  

                                        

• Locally Bred Dog with SKC pedigree, may compete in FCI (titling programme) & SKC trials for EO & AWC qualifier
